AOL Help

Using the internal AOL browser may lead to problems.
Some AOL problems can be avoided by opening an external browser. Please try the following.

To open an external browser:

  1. Minimize AOL while connected.
  2. Go to the Windows START Button (usually lower left hand corner).
  3. Select PROGRAMS.
  4. Select INTERNET EXPLORER or another browser linke Mozilla, Netscape etc.
  5. Enter the site address/URL
  6. Enter the MEMBERS section and go to the desired video section.

If it does not work with internet explorer, the installation of AOL has installed the AOL Internet Explorer that does not support some important features.
Use Mozilla, Netscape, Opera or another browser instead.
